Today, Verizon has unveiled the LG Lucid smartphone which will be marketed as the easy to use device which is especially designed for the first time smartphone owners. It does not mean that the smartphone is some low end device in terms of specs. You will be surprised to know that LG Lucid will be bringing a dual core processor which is clocked at 1.2GHz and it will also have 1GB of RAM.

Initially, LG is planning to release this handset with Android 2.3 Gingerbread running out of the box, but don’t worry, because manufacturer has promised that the Android ICS update is in the works. Last but not the least, this latest smartphone from LG will also be 4G LTE capable and Verizon will be supporting it, so, you will be able to enjoy blazing fast internet speeds on the go.
